Our Dining Philosophy

Dining at La Luna of Munjoh Ocean Resort is both celebratory and considered, reflecting the natural surrounds of the Islands and using locally sourced, sustainable produce to offer a real taste of the destination. We offer contemporary Indian and global cuisine with influence from this beautiful country’s vast multi-cultural community and the Andaman Islands’ freshest seafood and produce. Our team draws on the abundance of the freshest island produce, tropical fruit and spices to immerse you in a culinary adventure. Ingredients on the seasonal changing menus are mostly sustainably produced, locally harvested and are also sourced from other islands nearby. Some specialty ingredients are flown in from Bombay.
